Helen Kirwan Taylor has compiled a hit list of 5 of the best young designers for The Wall Street Journal. Included amongst the strong shortlist is Swedish-Chilean designer Anton Alvarez. Kirwin-Taylor believes these designers are "slowly making headway into an industry dominated by giants such as Philippe Stark and Patrizia Urquiola", and that "new designers offer a fresh perspective, one which still has its roots in craft".
