A selection of works by Peter Marigold - including 'Octave' and 'Flauna' - are featured in ICON magazine. Originally commissioned by Gallery Libby Sellers, the pieces that comprise 'Octave' are made when a single branch is split into four pieces. Each piece becomes a corner of a free-standing shelving unit. "These branches were displaying anthropomorphic qualities", explains Marigold, "they had these uncontrolled qualities that emerged when I assembled them".
