In April 2019, Z33 (the centre for contemporary art and design in Hasselt, Belgium) invited Libby to give the keynote discussion on fashion, feminity and politics. As part of their ongoing A-Z Nights, Libby spoke of the great, many instances in which fashion, textiles and materials have been used to subvert or challenge gender related politics, preconceptions and stereotypes. The lecture was followed by presentations and discussions by Flora Miranda Space and Pinar Demirdag of Pinar + Viola.
