M/M (Paris)'s app for Björk acquired by MoMa, June 2014.

The Biophilia app created by Mathias Augustyniak and Michael Amzalag of M/M (Paris) for long-term collaborator Björk is the first downloadable hybrid software application (app) to be purchased by the Museum of Modern Art, New York.

The app, acquired by Paola Antonelli for MoMa's architecture and design collection, offers interactive graphics, animations, and musical scoring, contained in ten smaller apps developed for each track. M/M (Paris) designed a highly reactive galaxy, the "mother app" of the interactive project, as well as the album's artwork, for which they were awarded a Grammy Award in 2013.
