Simon Heijdens in ‘UrSinnen’ at Färgfabriken, September 2014.

'UrSinnen' is a group exhibition at Färgfabriken, Stockholm featuring work from Simon Heijdens.

The exhibition lasts from 20 September until 30 November and highlights the important role art plays in the evolving knowledge of infants. Each of the selected artists have been invited to contribute and create work tailored to how a baby might perceive the world. Curated by Mats Bigert, 'UrSinnen' focuses on exploring new found reseach that creativity begins at infancy; the art centers around an infant's journey to discover the world. The exhibition creates an asthetic experience that raises discussion about both the perception of children and the subjective lives of adults.
