As part of the exhibition titled 'Entre deux chaises, un livre', the Fondation Boghossian will feature Anton Alvarez's 'Thread Wrapping Machine Chair 1'. The exhibition, which will be shown in the Fondation's Villa Empain between 28 February - 7 September 2014, will showcase over 200 books and chairs created by artists from different cultures, in order to highlight the reflections and symbolic meanings which we attach to these objects. As the organisers note, "between two chairs there is always a book, a link, a wonder, an invitation to dialogue".
